Project Cancellations
Once design or development work has started, deposits become non-refundable to cover work completed, but any unbilled remaining balance will be refunded. See the deposit-refund terms in your signed proposal for specifics on pre-work cancellation.
Hosting & Domain Renewals
Hosting and domain fees are billed annually in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started, in line with standard registrar and hosting provider policies. We send renewal reminders at least 30 days before expiry.
Maintenance Retainers
Monthly maintenance retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
If you're unsatisfied with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address it through the revision rounds included in your package before any cancellation is considered.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Email aesupport@webstudio.ae with your project/invoice reference. Requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
