Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the webstudio.ae website and the provision of services by Docully SaaS Technologies Co. LLC ('WebStudio.ae'), a company registered in Dubai, UAE under trade license 1388289.
Services & Quotes
All project quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Final scope, deliverables, price and timeline are set out in a signed proposal, invoice, or service agreement for each project.
Payment Terms
Late payments may result in paused work or suspended hosting/domain services. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
Revisions
Additional revisions or scope changes after sign-off are billed separately at our standard rate.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content/assets (logos, images, licenses) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design, code and content (excluding any third-party licensed assets, stock imagery, or platform software such as Shopify/WordPress) transfers to the client.
Third-Party Services
Where a project uses third-party platforms (Shopify, payment gateways, domain registrars), those providers' own terms and fees apply separately from WebStudio.ae's services.
Warranties & Limitations
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including market competition and platform algorithm changes. Services are provided on an 'as-is' basis with reasonable skill and care.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, WebStudio.ae's liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any applicable free zone or arbitration clauses agreed in a specific service contract.
